May 2024 Hornet Operations Building in Progress
Construction began in September for the new Hornet Operations Center, a new building on Tefft Court in Saline. The Hornet Operations Center will provide office space for the Transportation and Buildings and Grounds departments, bus maintenance facilities, a bus wash, and grounds and equipment storage. The relocation of the departments to the new Operations Center will allow the existing spaces at Saline Middle School to be renovated in upcoming phases of the bond implementation

March 2024 High School Ground Breaking of the STEAM Center and the Weight Room
The groundbreaking event was held on March 22, at Saline High School. Construction at SHS will begin on March 25 and is expected to be an 18-month long process. Both additions are scheduled to open in August 2025. photo by Lonnie Huhman
